OJSC «Corporation of Development for the Vologda Region» was founded in February 2012 by the Governor of the Vologda region Oleg Kuvshinnikov, with the support of the Legislative Assembly.
Its aim is to attract investment into the region's economy and support investment projects. Vologda Region Development Corporation has started working from June 1, 2012.
